Hi, I'm Viviane Schickle!

My life has unfolded across countries, cultures, and disciplines, from Germany to Canada, and now between Portugal and Turkey. I have built homes, businesses, and communities in very different environments, and through these experiences I became deeply attentive to how spaces shape people. I notice how a room feels, how conversations open or close, how the body responds to safety or tension. My work has never been about titles or status, but about creating environments that feel grounded, human, and breathable. Over time, I realized that before people can grow or heal, they need spaces where their nervous systems are not constantly under pressure.

Why Nidrana Matters To Me

Nidrana, to me, is the physical expression of this understanding. It is not a wellness concept or a promise of transformation, but a carefully created environment where hierarchy softens and performance loses its importance. It offers something simple yet rare: permission to exist without measurement. In a world shaped by productivity, comparison, and constant digital stimulation, Nidrana is a conscious counter space. It is designed to reduce pressure rather than increase it, to make room for presence rather than improvement, and to allow people to step out of defense mode, even if only temporarily.

I am drawn to structure and care at the same time. I build systems, organize ideas, and make visions operational, yet I remain sensitive to atmosphere and embodiment. I have seen how modern life quietly exhausts people, and I believe that design, nature, shared presence, and slow rhythms can regulate what overstimulation dysregulates. I continue this work because depth matters more than scale, and integrity matters more than visibility. If I devote my energy to anything, it is to building spaces where people can breathe more freely and feel less alone in being human.
