Our Pilot Project represents the first step toward realizing that vision — the creation of a physical, nature-connected space in the Netherlands that integrates art, science, mindfulness, and community well-being. This center will serve as a living example of how education, reflection, and creativity can transform personal and collective health.

Our Pilot Project marks the foundation’s transition from concept to physical impact. The goal: to establish a prototype Nidrana Center that can later be replicated across Europe. Each phase has been carefully designed to blend community development, research, and sustainable growth.
Registration of Nidrana Initiative Foundation as a legal nonprofit in the Netherlands. Development of curriculum and program frameworks for mindfulness, art, and community learning. Collaboration with psychologists, educators, and creative practitioners to ensure evidence-based design. Initial participant interviews and community feedback sessions to shape the concept authentically.
We are now preparing to create the first Nidrana Space — a hybrid hub for learning, reflection, and connection. Key objectives include: Securing a land or rental property near nature for pilot operations. Designing an environment that supports movement, creativity, and stillness. Launching community-based workshops in mindfulness, art, and creative learning. Integrating AI-supported reflection tools to track participant growth and measure impact. This stage will help us build a replicable model for future centers.
Implement feedback systems to evaluate emotional, social, and creative outcomes. Conduct qualitative studies and participant surveys to assess well-being changes. Publish results in open-access reports to share findings transparently. Refine programs and digital components based on measurable impact.

Create Nidrana Centers in other regions of the Netherlands and Europe. Form partnerships with local municipalities, universities, and nonprofits. Train facilitators to bring Nidrana’s methods to schools, communities, and workplaces. Develop an open digital platform for global participation and cross-cultural collaboration.

The Nidrana Space is designed to be more than a retreat or classroom. It is a living ecosystem of learning, art, mindfulness, and human connection. Each element is designed to help participants reconnect with the essentials of being human — awareness, play, empathy, and creativity. Rooted in nature, it invites adults to rediscover presence and creativity through:
